Elk (Cervus elaphus canadensis)
This subspecies of deer has short red fur in the summer, turning into dark brown on the winter. Its fawns, like the one in the picture, have white spots throughout the fur. Only the males have horns that can reach 1,5 metres and are renewed annually.
